Questions about cancellation and no show fees

Please remember that our office has the following appointment policy which was part of the appointment terms and conditions that were agreed upon at the time your appointment was booked.

Same day or cancellations 2 days or less from appointment or no shows for insured patients are subject to fees of $100.   No shows, same day or cancellations 2 days or less for self patients will forfeit (lose) their visit deposit. If a cancellation is required for an appointment that is scheduled for the next day (for example an appointment is scheduled on Thursday for Friday) we must receive the cancellation request by 5 pm the day prior to appointment in order to not incur fee.  If you schedule after 5pm for a next day or you schedule a same day appointment and cancel then you will automatically incur the cancellation fee.

To cancel your appointment within the 2 day window please submit a help request to do so here. Please include your reason for cancellation. Alternatively you may also call the office.  Once we have processed your cancellation you will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation.  Remember if you cancel within this period your account will incur fees and/or forfeit deposit per above terms.
