How soon can I expect a response if I place a question on the online portal?

Online questions are reviewed by staff throughout the day when we are open during office hours.

It can take up to 72 hours for questions received during business hours however we do of course try our best much sooner than that and for the vast majority of questions you will receive a same or next day response.  You may be requested to call the office for assistance if you place a request or question through the support desk.   If you have placed a question that is a medical question and have not had a response within 1-2 business days please let us know. If you have placed any other type of question and have not had a response in 2-3 business days please let us know. We do not respond to messages received after business hours or anytime during the weekend. In call cases if you are having a medical emergency please do not use the portal and call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.
