Yes! Please login to your patient portal and select these options in your preferences.
If you are getting messages that say you have a reminder and when you login you don't see any messages in your inbox then you likely are receiving an order reminder. To check if you have any open orders go to my health then health reminders. If you see any open orders listed there that are not closed that is likely why you received a reminder call. If you see an open order that you have already completed you can send a message through the portal letting us know the name of the lab you completed and request to have it closed OR if you receive a call you can indicate to the automated system that you have already completed the order (you need to listen to the reminder call live in order to do this).
If you do not intend on completing an open order you can send a message through the portal letting us know the name of the lab you will not be completing, the reason why and request to have it closed OR if you receive a call you can indicate to the automated system that you do not intend to complete the order (you need to listen to the reminder call live in order to do this).
