Why do I have to check in for each and every appointment? Don’t you guys have my information already?

Legally our office is required to update your demographic information, consents, medications, and medical history at each and every visit. Also sometimes since your last visit our history forms may have changed or our consents may have updated. This is a process that typically takes anywhere from 10-20 minutes per patient.
