Just as if you were in a physical waiting room there may be a waiting period prior to your appointment (even if you have an appointment time) as the doctor may be assisting other patients.
All virtual appointments have a window of 1 hour--that means for example if you schedule an appointment at noon you want to be available for the doctor to call from 12-1.
Please remember that the doctor is indeed seeing other patients throughout the day in office as well as online. When the doctor is ready for you then she will call within that hour window. If we anticipate that the call will be late (outside of 1 hour) then we will make every attempt to notify you.
